The first rays of sunshine of the year, poured into a glass.
You find inspiration wherever you find it — and the brewers at Dok traveled all the way to Japan for it. The result is a wheat beer that takes you on a journey without leaving your seat. Wheat forms the soft, familiar base, but it is the Japanese ingredients that truly distinguish this beer: Buddha's hand, also known as finger lemon, and sancho pepper, a Japanese spice with a tingling citrus character unlike anything else.
What you get in the glass is surprisingly accessible: super refreshing, light-bodied, and infused with subtle citrus notes. The sancho pepper adds a playful, almost electric freshness that complements the finger lemon beautifully. No excess, no gimmicks — just a refined, summery white beer with a nod to the Far East.
This is the beer you reach for when the terraces open and the sun finally makes itself heard. Light, lively, and irresistibly drinkable.
Delicious as an aperitif, or pair with light Asian dishes such as sushi, dim sum, or a fresh salad with sesame dressing.
