The time was ripe to brew a naked version of a classic Belgian beauty: the tripel. BOM Brewery did it its own way — with home-baked BOM malt and Belgian hops, without fashionable hop varieties or special herbs. Simply relying on the power of the craft and the quality of the ingredients. The result is a tripel that earns its elegance, does not claim it. 

The aroma is tropical and citrusy with notes of mango, pineapple, orange, and grapefruit. On the palate, a beautiful balance of sweetness and spiciness follows, with hints of coriander and pepper, supported by honey and a touch of caramel. The finish is dry and pleasantly bitter, with the familiar warmth you would expect from a good Belgian Tripel. 

The Triporteur Nipple has now been continued by The Musketeers Brewery, but the BOM signature remains unmistakably present. A tripel with a wink and an impeccable flavor profile — exactly as it should be.

Serve in a tulip glass and pair with mature soft cheese, white fish dishes, or a fresh fruit salad with citrus.
